I didn't think Spybot was infected anyhow. After the upgrade I uninstalled SpyBot using the Uninstall option in Control Panel->Programs. But why it didn't detect it then is also strange. But if you look for files and folders after uninstalling, some will still be there. Then use Spybot's uninstaller (or one of the others). I posted in Spybot's forum yesterday and it appears there are other people affected by this although it seems to have differenct names. Definitely reinstall Spybot to repair the uninstaller.
